North Court is a gallery in Antwerp designed as a calibrated void. The architecture withdraws so daylight and artwork can occupy the same quiet plane without competition.

Daylight as structure

Clerestory light softens edges and removes the need for decorative surfaces. Circulation is kept peripheral so the center can remain open for hanging and gathering.

Exhibition readiness

Wall thicknesses, floor levels, and service runs were coordinated for changing shows. The room is finished enough to feel complete, and unfinished enough to accept new work.
